FAQs

Q?I’m worried that it will hurt to get tattooed. Can I take a pain reliever or tranquilizer the day of the tattoo?
A.

No.  It is not a good idea to take any NSDS or other medication for pain.  It may cause bleeding during the tattoo process and doesn’t change how it feels to get a tattoo.

Q?Should I shave the area that will be getting tattooed for my appointment?
A.

No.  We will prep the area for the tattoo process.

Q?A bunch of my friends want to come to see me get tattooed. Is that a good idea?
A.

Not really. We can only allow one additional person in the procedure with you during the tattoo process and you are responsible for their well-being while you are being tattooed.

Q?Should I come early for my tattoo appointment?
A.

Yes. Plan to be here 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork for the tattoo process.

Q?Is there something I should do before my scheduled appointment to make my tattoo experience easier for me and my artist?
A.

Yes.  Drink water consistently for at least two (2) weeks prior to appointment.  Eat well the day of your tattoo.  Be rested, dress comfortably, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q?Will it hurt?
A.

No, we won’t feel a thing.
